How do I find a book in this website?

Search for a book using the search box at the top right of each page.
* Simple searches work best.
* Omit the articles 'The' and 'A' from book titles.
* Don't use quotation marks.

Type in the book title, or the country, or the region you are looking for and you'll see a list of all our books that match your search term.

Browse for a book using the book lists you can see at the left side of every page.

All books are indexed by title, author name, region, country, city, activity and genre. Every book has its own page in this website displaying price and publisher information and a summary of the book's content (when available).

To find a book by its title, go to the Choose a title page. You'll see an alphabetical list at the top of the page. Click on a letter in the alphabetical list to find the title you are looking for. Note that the articles 'The' and 'A' are ignored.

For example: if you want to find the book 'The Best of Berlin' you should click the letter 'B'. When the new page opens just scroll down the list of titles until you see 'Best of Berlin'. Click on the book title to find out more about the book. You'll be taken to a page displaying price and publisher information and a summary of the book's content (when available).

To find a book by its author, go to the Choose an author page. You'll see an alphabetical list at the top of the page. Click on a letter in the alphabetical list to find the author you are looking for.

Author names are indexed in the 'lastname, firstname' format. So, for example, if you want to find books by 'David Abram' you should click on 'A'. When the author is a publishing company the names are indexed as read. So, for example, if you want to find books by Dorling Kindersly you should click on 'D', and for Lonely Planet click on 'L'.

You can also browse our region, country and city lists to see all books relating to that those geographical areas.
